Tufik Shayeb


Mr. Shayeb is a 2012 graduate of the Phoenix School of Law earning his Juris Doctor degree.  Mr. Shayeb has been working at Ewing & Ewing since his days as a college freshman. In addition to his extensive experience with the firm, Mr. Shayeb has continued to pursue his education.  In 2015, Mr. Shayeb received his L.L.M. from the Sandra Day O'connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  Since his admission to the Arizona bar in 2012, Mr. Shayeb has conducted numerous proceedings, adversary hearings and trials.  Due to his extensive education Mr. Shayeb is also very active in the firm's appellate work.

Nelson Ewing II


Mr. Ewing earned his J.D. Degree from Boston University in 1992, and has been litigating in the state and federal courts of Arizona since that time. Mr. Ewing started his legal career at the Law Offices of Marvin J. Schenk, where he was engaged in civil litigation and consumer debt collection.  Ewing & Ewing Attorneys was formed in 1998, and since that time Mr. Ewing has successfully litigated in the justice, superior and federal courts of Arizona with total collections exceeding $25,000,000.00.  In the last twenty four years, Mr. Ewing has conducted hundreds of trials and adversary proceedings.  Mr. Ewing firmly believes that the success of his practice is a direct result of putting his client's interest first and always focusing on maximizing their results.

Mr. Ewing is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Federal Court. Additionally, he is a member of the Arizona Collector's Association and ACA International.  Mr. Ewing has prepared lectures and taught seminars on FDCPA compliance, paralegal skills and office procedures for paralegals.  He has also taught extensively in the legal curriculum at the International Institute of the Americas.

Stasche Stooks-Ewing


Mrs. Ewing is an experienced Arizona litigator and business attorney with more than two dozen Arizona jury trials to her credit. A 1995 graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, Mrs. Ewing won numerous awards and honors as a law student.  She began her career as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, and was there for five years before entering the private practice of law.  One of the youngest attorneys ever to be promoted to the position of mentor at the County Attorney's Office, Mrs. Ewing brought her expertise in litigation as well as her focused, detail oriented work ethic to Ewing & Ewing in 2000.  Focusing her practice now on debt collection and contract litigation, Mrs. Ewing's twenty one years of legal experience have contributed to significant financial gain for the firm's clients.

Mrs. Ewing is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.  She has been a contributor and guest lecturer at the International Institute of the Americas and is also a member of the Boards of Directors for several Arizona businesses.
